Shipping policy

Grit Lapidary will not be held financially liable or responsible for replacing packages that are lost by USPS or any other international postal services. It is crucial that clients have their desired shipping address updated at the time their order is placed. We will not be responsible for re-obtaining orders shipped to a prior address, if a client fails to give their shipping address. All priority shipping will come with tracking and additional insurance to cover the total cost of their order. If USPS takes responsibility for a lost parcel, compensation for said order will be given once USPS makes a retribution payment. If you would like additional insurance or specific shipping requests, let us know and we can send an invoice for the balance on the specialized shipping desired.
